B’santi Cleaning & Vacation Rental Management
By booking services with B’santi Cleaning & Vacation Rental Management, you the client or customer agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
Services Offered
We provide residential, commercial, move-out, deep cleaning, and vacation rental management services. Each booking includes a scope of work based on the selected service type. Customizations must be approved in advance.
Booking & Payments
All services must be scheduled in advance.
A card is required to be kept on file for all bookings.
Invoices are due within 24 hours of service completion unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may incur a 10% late fee of invoice amount and or service interruption.
We accept payment via Zelle, debit/credit card, or approved electronic payment platforms. no cash or check unless agreed upon before hand, cash tips are allowed at time of service.
please note: using Venmo will have a small quick transfer fee and Credit payments will involve fees.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48-24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service time.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75 or 40% of the service total, whichever is greater.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in denial of future service.
If access to the property is not available at the time of arrival, this may be treated as a cancellation and a fee may apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as last-minute changes affect our scheduling and team availability.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind every service we provide. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service so we can address the issue.
All re-clean requests must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment time. After this window, we cannot guarantee a complimentary return visit.
We are committed to ensuring your space is cleaned to your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
Access & Safety
Client must provide access to the property at the time of service.
All pets must be secured and the space must be safe for cleaning staff.
If access is not granted or the environment is unsafe, a trip fee may apply.
Property Condition & Liabilities
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unstable items.
If damage occurs during service, please report it within 24 hours with photos and proof for review.
We are fully insured for liability and general business operations.
Supplies & Equipment
We bring our own cleaning products and equipment. If the client requests the use of specific supplies, they must be provided by the client and agreed upon in advance.
Vacation Rental Add-Ons
Services such as restocking, reporting damages, plant care, and laundry may be added based on the client’s agreement and property type.
Hot Tub Cleaning – Release of Liability
If requested, we can assist with basic surface-level cleaning of hot tubs (e.g., removing debris, wiping down surfaces, adding provided chemicals). However, we are not certified pool or spa technicians.
By requesting hot tub cleaning, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
B’santi Cleaning is not liable for any mechanical issues, water quality concerns, or guest health incidents related to hot tub use.
The client assumes full responsibility for proper hot tub functionality and chemical balance.
Our cleaning is strictly visual and surface-level and does not guarantee health code compliance or water safety.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
